This past weekend at the Women’s Garden Park, we had perfect weather and blue skies. We all met up to do the same thing: come home to ourselves.
When I facilitate, I’m also recalibrating and coming back home to my body.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself under the warm sun as the sound of the chimes move through your ear.
