Everybody, meet Kaseom — affectionately known as Kas! 👋🏽💚
We're excited to officially welcome Kas to the Teen Care Network family as our Justice & Youth Advocacy Fellow in Programs & Community Impact.
Kas is a proud graduate of Delaware State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduating cm laude. 🎓
He brings a powerful combination of experience in justice-impacted communities, youth engagement, mentorship, programming, research, public speaking, and student leadership. Throughout his college journey, he has served in leadership roles including president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and ambassador, while also contributing as a paid research scholar.
His work with justice-impacted families and youth has helped shape his passion for community engagement and advocacy. His experiences continue to inform his commitment to public service, justice, and creating meaningful change for individuals and communities impacted by the systems that are supposed to serve them.
At TCN, he'll bring that same passion to the intersection of mental health, youth advocacy, justice, and community impact — supporting programming, research, partnerships, resource navigation, and youth engagement.
We're excited not only for what Kas has already accomplished, but for what he'll help us build next.
Welcome to TCN, Kas! We're glad you're here. 💚
