I wish I could make this summer last forever ☀️🥹🌿

My son and I spent the day chasing waterfalls at Diana’s Baths, surrounded by the wild beauty of New Hampshire’s White Mountains.

Nature is my jam. It’s where I feel closest to God. He's in the waterfalls, mountains, trees and light. His fingerprints are everywhere. ✨

But maybe the most beautiful thing I’m witnessing isn’t the landscape.

It’s him.

My son is growing up, becoming this incredible human being right before my eyes, and I’m in awe watching it unfold.

And somehow, alongside him, I’m unfolding too.

Growing. Changing. Healing. Becoming.

Maybe that’s one of the secrets of motherhood:

While you’re busy raising your child, life is still raising you. ❤️

Just praying summer lasts a little longer. One more waterfall. One more adventure together. One more loving moment.🥹

There’s something powerful about returning to this work — going deeper into the geometry, the stillness, the gap, the windows, the structure, the story the body holds.
So grateful to reconnect with my Zero Balancing community while welcoming beautiful new faces into the field. The learning, the laughter, the breakthroughs… it’s all medicine for the soul. 💫
