✨Not everyone knows that I offer reflexology... but I do! And I LOVE it. 👣

One of my favorite things about reflexology is how connected the body really is. Sometimes I can start helping relieve tension in your shoulders before I even touch your shoulders! It can also be a great addition for clients dealing with things like sinus congestion, stress, and overall tension.

I also love using reflexology as another way to check in with what your body is telling me. Every session gives me more insight into how your body is functioning as a whole.

✨ Reflexology is available as:
• 30-minute sessions
• 60-minute sessions
It can also be worked in to a regular massage as well

This is a massage move called tapotment. The idea behind it is you are stimulating the cells facia, and muscles underneath to make them more active. This is a move that I love to do on the sacrum. Some light tapping to help shake the sacrum attachments loose, helping relieve pain in the gluteal muscle muscles as well as the low back. This is also an area I LOVE to use the singing bowls because the vibration radiates through the spine and down the back
