You Are Becoming Your Own Self-Care Architect
There is a difference between being responsible for yourself and having a relationship with yourself.
Responsibility says:
I should know what to do.
Relationship asks:
What is happening here?
What is my system communicating?
What has it learned?
What is actually asking for attention?
And what doesn't?
The Self Care Architect isn't someone who has mastered themselves.
It is someone who is learning to participate in the design of their own care.
Sometimes that means listening.
Sometimes it means changing something.
Sometimes it means allowing something to remain exactly as it is.
And sometimes it means bringing another person into the architecture because we aren't meant to see everything alone.
Self-authorship isn't self-isolation.
It is participation.
Relationship
You don't have to outsource the architecture of your care.
But you don't have to build it alone, either.
If you're curious what your own system may be communicating, the Resonance Quiz offers a place to begin.
