THE LOST ART OF PLAY:
reconnecting with wonder, creativity, & joy
🦋✨☁️💕🌿☀️
Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped playing.
Life became about responsibilities, productivity, caregiving, healing, surviving, and getting through the day. The curiosity, imagination, wonder, creativity, and joy that once came naturally often get pushed aside.
The Lost Art of Play is a 4-week series formatted as a therapeutic group experience designed to help adults reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel most alive, curious, creative, and free.
Through guided discussions, experiential activities, reflection exercises, creative exploration, and meaningful connection, you’ll discover how play can support emotional wellness, reduce stress, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate greater joy in everyday life.
This Group is For:
+ Those who feel burdened by responsibility
+ People stuck in a cycle of burnout
+ Mothers who have lost themselves in caregiving
+ High achievers/perfectionists

+ Anyone who misses feeling playful, curious, or inspired
+ Adults healing from childhood trauma
