Loving this purchase!! It works on so many skills:
*bilateral coordination
*visual perception
*motor planning
*spatial awareness
AND it can be easily graded for various skill levels:
*Position the arm and leg on one side of the body to match the other side already completed.
*Duplicate the design on the card with the card in view.
*Duplicate the design on the card with the card hidden.
*Some kiddos practiced positioning their own bodies to duplicate the card.
Best of all, all of the kids thought it was fun, and we all agreed it needs googly eyes 👀 😄

📣 Part time OT needed for the upcoming school year!

01/01/2023

Hard work in OT is paying off for this little guy! There are a few openings for new students if your child could also benefit from services. 251-895-8415

Another favorite! Although some help was needed for the bilateral aspect of this task, this student worked on isolated finger strengthening, motor planning, scanning and matching! 👏

A paper towel and rubber band are all that’s needed for this cute bunny pencil topper. Will be a great bilateral task to work on strength and dexterity this coming week! 🐰

We did a little turkey hunting this week for OT! Grip strength, visual motor skills, and lots of giggles 😀

While there are some enriching tablet games out there, they can never duplicate the experience of a hands on, interactive activity. This particular one works on fine motor, visual-motor, and problem solving skills. Plus the added bonus of lots of communication to talk through how to complete it!

Looking for enriching activities for your child? Summer is a great time to sharpen fine motor, visual perceptual and visual-motor skills, plus OT is fun!! 😎 Sessions will begin in June, so call by mid-May to secure a spot for your child. (251) 895-8415

This is my new favorite product! I’m pretty sure every child sitting in a classroom (and most adults) would benefit from the movement these provide.
