This was such a pleasant surprise! I was headed to the track and stumbled across a neighborhood 5K right around my house. What made it even more inspiring was learning they are sponsoring 3 local students pursuing higher education at Clark Atlanta University, University of Illinois, and Governors State University. ❤️
Moments like this remind me how powerful community wellness events can be — bringing people together while supporting causes bigger than ourselves.
Next Saturday, I’ll be hosting the Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness and I would love for you to join us! Whether you walk, run, cheer, or simply support the cause, every step matters. 🧠💚
