In addition to providing grants, The Jeremy Wilson Foundation helps musicians and music industry workers navigate the complex ins and outs of healthcare options. By providing social workers and other professionals trained to evaluate needs and assist in accessing resources, they relieve some of the burden placed on folks who are just looking to get healthy and get back to work making the music we love. For more info, stop by The JWF tent this Friday, July1, through Tuesday, July 4 at the Waterfront Blues Festival, or check out The JWF Foundation website. https://www.thejwf.org/

Get a first-class ticket to all things Waterfront Blues Festival by becoming a Jeremy Wilson Foundation volunteer! The JWF needs music lovers like us to make their work possible. Their dedicated volunteers support every level of the organization, contributing their unique skill sets to help JWF events, fundraising campaigns, and daily operations shine. JWF are actively seeking volunteers for AV production, web/content development, digital marketing, graphic design, and all-around outgoing folks who aren’t afraid to pitch for a charitable cause like the JWF. The majority of our work is business to business, so we meet a lot of interesting entrepreneurs! Take Play Hickory for example: Chris McIntyre ships hickory-shafted antique golf clubs to golfing events all over the country. Chris' love of golf and golfing history set him on a path to share his collections with others, and we were happy to create custom cases to keep these beauties safe wherever they go.
