Way to go Dr.Spence!!

Every year the Cape Noon Optimists give over $40,000 to support the youth of Cape Girardeau area. This year, that amount will exceed $80,000! Some of the great organizations we support include Special Olympics, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Cape Youth Tackle Football, Care to Learn, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Dream Factory, Cape Parks and Recreation, and many more.

This would not be possible without the generosity of our great sponsors like Innovative Orthodontics, who was a Premium Sponsor for our 2026 Chili Day. The Cape Noon Optimists and the youth of our community say, “Thank you for your support!”

Thank you to Rivers Edge Hideaway for their generous support towards the St. Jude Radiothon! They’re dedicating one of their campsites, with all proceeds going directly to next year’s radiothon. In addition, they’re offering that campsite free of charge to any family who has received treatment at St. Jude.

Rivers Edge Hideaway is located on the Black River on W Highway in Poplar Bluff. As an added bonus, guests who stay there will receive 10% off at Jake’s Loch Loma Lounge.
