Our models are influenced by organizations such as The American Chiropractic Association, The American Medical Association and
The American Physical Therapy Association. We understand the relationship between a person's anatomy, and how it's influenced by physiological processes. We are knowledgeable regarding sports medicine and clinical pathology. Together, all our knowledge and experience help us provide superior health coaching at competitive rates. Every potential client receives a health screen inventory, postural examination and a joint mobility test. The data collected from these tests help define joint integrity while assisting with personal training program development. Personal Training
•Functional Fitness - (TRX - Kettlebell - Dumbbell - Barbell - Resistance Band - Stability Ball and More!) Functional Fitness activates greater groups of compartmental muscles while simultaneously initiating core stabilizer structures, offering a more holistic work out experience!
•(3) PHASE MODEL (Developed from over 20 years in the fitness and life sciences industry) - The (3) Phase model is inspired by The National American Chiropractic Association and The American Physical Therapy Association.
1.PHASE 1 (Balance and Stability) - Balance initiates the sensory and motor nervous system while increasing proprioceptive joint mechanics - Stability training; strengthens core stabilizers and improves: posture, reduces back pain and prevents injury.
2.PHASE 2 (Flexibility and Stamina) - Stretching elongates soft tissue fibers, decreasing the chances for injury (fibers become more elastic) - High intensity training increases mitochondrial density in muscle tissue. Mitochondria are the cells energy factories, recruiting their numbers will encourage maximum muscular endurance.
3.PHASE 3 (Power and Strength) - Lean muscle increases by boosting the load force on joint complexes. Empirical research strongly suggests that heaver resistance training, positively effects bone density and can be beneficial for those suffering from osteoporosis.
