Established in 1973 out of a double-wide trailer on Tilghman Street in Chester, ChesPenn Health Services (CPHS) has been a staple for quality healthcare for decades regardless of insurance, employment, or immigration status. CPHS offers a full range of high-quality, primary health care services to both children and adults at all locations. Primary and emergency dental care is currently only provided in our Coatesville and Chester locations. Current CPHS patients also have access to behavioral health care, health education, and social services. As a Community Health Center, CPHS strives to provide quality, affordable healthcare to everyone in the community. This is why CPHS accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale option to uninsured patients.
