Anyone get migraines or headaches?

- Quick trick - Bringing the flow of pressure down from your head. Please don’t push on your skull or temporal regions, the bones of our skull can slightly move, when pressing in you are hoping to release the pressure, but it can lead to making things worst. If its a pressure problem, grab a comfortable flat surface with a rolled towel, Ice pack, and heat pack. Place the rolled towel behind your neck to a comfortable level and place the ice pack on top. Laying back to support the curve of the neck, next grab your heat pack and place this on your chest. Ice is great for constricting the blood flow, heat causes vasodilation so more blood will come, we are working to help direct the pressure in your head down into your body again. Final tip, give your knees a slight bend to help the lower back curvature this way all three curves of your spine are being accounted for.
