“Who says it isn't fun playing dress up as an adult? I mean, what woman doesn't want to feel like a princess?!

It feels pretty amazing to fit into my wedding dress 10 years and 3 babies later. Even better, no spanx this time!” - Angela Chadwick

Member of the First In Family Angela is turning back the hands of time and loving playing “dress up” in her wedding dress 10 years later!

Finding a win this huge after 3 babies and lots of years of life lived is so incredible. Here’s to getting better and better every year!

“Being First In means putting your goals for yourself first--before other people's expectations, before excuses, before laziness, and before convenience. When I look in the mirror and see my results, when I pick up something that used to feel a lot heavier, when I run further than I have in years, that's how I'm First In. I'm getting better, every day.” - Jamie Holaday

USAF spouse and member of the First In Family Jamie is choosing to get better every day by putting herself and her goals first!

Prioritizing your own self-care can be done in so many ways, and no matter how you choose to do it, if you put enough effort in for enough time, progress is bound to follow.

Set goals that are worth working for and choose to put YOU first!

“I've had excellent results losing all the weight I didn't want while maintaining muscle I need through meeting specific daily nutrition goals.

I eat more on this program in a day than I ever did before.

It's like magic.” - Joanne Radziewicz
Member of the First In Family Joanne is finding that making body composition changes doesn’t have to mean suffering or starving.

With some effort, some balance, and a lot of consistency, anything is possible!

“A few weeks ago I did my weigh-in with no worries about "making tape" because I knew I had it in the bag. I didn't have to kill myself for days leading up to it by dehydrating myself and pushing death in the sauna just so I could cut as much water weight as possible.

I woke up, checked my weight, and went in. I don't remember the last time I was able to do that. ” - Albert Martinez

Active Duty US Marine and member of the First In Family Albert chose to prioritize his self-care and eliminated a huge stressor from his life. No more worrying about “making tape”, it’s all about living his best life knowing that he’s good to go!

Awesome things happen when you choose to put YOU first, and you may be surprised how much less stress life has when you do!

“52 weeks of being with this fam! Seeing the progress each week is great, and the comparison photos are always fun to put together. What isn’t shown in the pictures though is:
Better energy levels
Better mood
About 23 pounds shed
3 pants sizes down
New friends made in this family
Can’t wait to see how I’ve progressed a year from now!” - Corri Shelton

Spouse, mother and member of the First In Family Corri has committed the last year of her life to making changes, not just physically but in all areas of her life!

Composition changes are awesome, but even better are seeing changes in energy and mood, and finding an amazing Family of people to surround yourself with day in and day out!

To be able to give others 100%, you must be at 100%. There is a reason flight attendants advise you to put your own oxygen mask on first before assisting others…

How can you possibly expect to take care of others when you are unable to take care of yourself?

Prioritizing YOU is not a selfish act, it’s the most selfless thing you can do for you and for the people you care about.

Start choosing you first and ensure that you are able to be at your best in order to take care of those that mean the most to you!

We are here to help you be your best and to help ensure you’re fit for duty, fueled for life, and ready to be FIRST IN!

“Today marks 1000 days into my journey to be a good role model for my kids and to be as healthy as I can. I've found joy in so many unexpected places like weight lifting and
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I've eaten a ton of delicious food without doubt or guilt ruining the experience. I've met inspiring humans. And I'm definitely not done.” -Jamie Holaday

U.S. Air Force spouse, mother and member of the First In Family Jamie shows that the journey can be about so much more than food (although that is always a good plus)!

Finding lifting and Jiu Jitsu, meeting amazing people, and being a fantastic role model for your kids are incredible wins and are most definitely worth putting in the work for!
