Shila and Molly recounting another amazing day in the Lab with Gil Hedley.

** there are some descriptions of viscera in this one, maybe don’t listen on your lunch break.**

#2 from these two! Molly hung out with the stomach, and Shila is so excited to get back to our clients armed with all this x-ray knowledge.

When I did ask Shila about how all of this makes her feel, she told me: “Since Gill (Hedley) does all of this so intentionally, it’s really like we’re dissecting someones old shoe they left behind!” which I think is a beautiful way to look at it.

The body is such a fantastic vehicle, that holds our soul and conciseness

This is Shila’s fourth dissection with Anatomist Gill Hedley, this year in Colorado Springs. She and her cohort Molly McLaughlin (Molly McLaughlin) are going to be posting some videos here talking thru their experiences, and reflecting on the beauty of the human body!!
