That’s not us.
We’re a smaller, BCBA-owned ABA company in NC built by people who genuinely care about this field, the families we serve, and the people who work beside us every day.
We’re not interested in being the biggest company, focusing on job titles, or maximizing billable hours.
We care about being the kind of company people are relieved to find.
The kind where:
-leadership actually knows your name
-you can ask questions without feeling stupid
-people help each other instead of compete
-admin is supportive, approachable, and present
-quality of care matters more than productivity numbers
-your growth matters as much as your output
-kids are treated like human beings, not billable hours
Most of us are here because we share the same values:
We want to do meaningful work.
We want to genuinely support individuals on the spectrum.
And we want to work with good people and have fun while doing it.
This probably isn’t the place for someone looking to climb the corporate ladder, clock in, stay disconnected, and collect a paycheck.
