2006 → 2026.

Before Hawaiʻi. Before CCS. Before the wellness studio in Kapolei, there was a coaching studio in Seattle.

Twenty years later, the logo changed. The mission didn't.

Coaching through different seasons of life, different cities, and different versions of myself has taught me this: people are far more capable than they think they are.

And yes… pictured here is proof that even back then we were coaching through every season of life—including pregnancy.

Also, for those who remember: this was back before cancel culture, when I had a class called MILC: Mother I'd Like to Coach. I said what I said. 😂

Twenty years later, still coaching minds, bodies, and lives.

People see the after.

The painted walls.
The signs.
The clients.
The classes.
The community.

They don't always see the uncertainty, the setbacks, the bills, or the moments you quietly ask yourself, "What have I done?"

There were seasons I was certain I had hit my lowest.

Today I'm grateful for those seasons.

Grateful for growth.
Grateful for the before and after.
Grateful for the breakdown and the breakthrough.

Even grateful for the contractor that robbed me—because what felt like an ending became proof that I could survive more than I thought.

This studio was built with faith, grit, and a lot of learning the hard way.

And if I've learned anything, it's this: sometimes what feels like the end is actually construction.

Happy Healthy Hump Day!

One of the best wellness lessons I've learned is that growth often happens quietly before anyone sees it.

Summer coaching availability is currently full, with waitlist and cancellation openings only through September.
