Working on a Saturday since 6AM? Yeahhhh…imma need a treat and some caffeine. STAT!

And thank goodness Oahu Bakes & Brew is TWO doors down.

My fancy technology payment wouldn’t work and they simply said, “You’re good. We know you’ll be back.” 🥹

THAT is community wellness. It’s more than what we eat or how we move—it’s connection, kindness, trust, and taking care of the people around us.

And sometimes…wellness looks like a peanut butter brownie. 😂
