Music and Sound Healing Trainings People need to find balance, unplug and find peace amidst our face paced, online world.

MASTERY THROUGH LISTENING

Sound Has the Power to shift our consciousness, to clear our mind from cluttered thoughts and obsessive habitual patterns that often leave us feeling stuck. Intentional therapeutic sound has great potential to realign the bodies’ chemical and nervous systems, harmonize our energy fields and help to shake off any negative blockages our body holds whether it be energetic or even physical. It’s no accident that in a time where we are more connected to technology than ever before, energy healing and yoga modalities are gaining momentum. Often people come to group or private sound healings plagued by stress related issues like anxiety, depression, body aches and pains or they want to open up their lives to new possibilities in relationships or career. Intentional sound sessions help to pave the way for change to manifest in whatever form someone may need at the time. Through the fundamental concepts of physics we know that our bodies and greater physical world are in a constant state of motion, always vibrating and changing. We can affect others by our thoughts, not just our words. We have the ability to entrain to a higher vibrational, more a loving, compassionate state through group sound healing work, especially, and become a force for positive change in our communities. My mission is to assist people in finding peace, healing, and joy as well as to create an inner spaciousness that allows for their purest potential to manifest and grow through the practice of intentional sacred sound. Sound healing and Music have the power to help us drop into our hearts so we can listen to our truest desires and life purpose that is whispering to us. Listen, and through the vibrations, you may hear the answer. About my Story and Lineage

Music has always been in my life. Music, for me, is both extremely therapeutic and an endlessly stimulating source of creativity. It’s not uncommon for me to get lost in the beauty of my favorite music or in my composing, as it releases the most amazing feeling of love, connectedness, joy, euphoria, inspiration and freedom. Music is the universal language we can all agree we share across any and all boundaries. As a classical trained musician, I spent years developing myself and seeking knowledge and collaborating with many artists in performance and in the recording studio. Learning and studying with some of the most revered sound healing and meditation teachers in the field ignited my true purpose and passion for sound once again. Now, I am integrating all aspects of my continuing studies to form an offering with the highest heart centered, clear and focused intention to unlock our own unique flow state. Magical Music Making in Divasonic Studio

My private studio is a special place I created to do both my own artistic and healing work and to work with clients on all aspects of music making and sound therapy. It was my dream for a long time to have all my offerings in one space and to offer the wealth of musical and sound knowledge I’ve been collecting over the years. In the Divasonic Studio, clients can explore healing voice techniques, Tibetan bowl sound healing sessions, music lessons, recording, composing and songwriting and so much more. It’s a place to explore musical creativity, your inner child and to also gain fundamental techniques that will help bring out your own unique sound or musical expression. About Group Sound Healing Work and Experience

Most of my group sound healing sessions have a vocal healing component as an introduction. People can experience profound emotional, mental and physical healing through the use of their voice and I find doing a vocal meditation before participants lay down to receive sound prepares everyone to drop in even more. Some of the vocal exercises I practice are toning, chanting, therapeutic breathing, audible breath release, mantra and medicine songs. When I perform a sound meditation, whether it be solo or in collaboration with another artist or practitioner, I like to use a variety of instruments to create a journey. Through the unique timbre, tone and texture of each instrument, people receive a full frequency ‘tune-up’ as well as travel through the sonic worlds of each one, discovering something new every time. Sometimes there is space between the sounds and other times a dense, continuous drone or layering of harmony to literally wash away thoughts, emotions and attachments. It is fresh and new every time, and so is our state of being from moment to moment

🎶 The biological music box

Singing creates a neurochemical profile in the human brain that's hard to get any other way. When we raise our voices, the brain releases endorphins, oxytocin, and dopamine all at the same time. This combination lifts mood, cuts pain, and builds social connection. Most activities trigger one or two of these chemicals. Singing hits all three, turning the vocal cords into a natural pharmacy.

🏛️ From ancient rituals to modern labs

Long before modern science could map neural pathways, ancient civilizations already knew that song could heal. Healers across many cultures used chanting and melody to treat conditions from melancholy to physical injury. Researchers today are confirming what those cultures practiced. Studies show that even a short bout of singing can drop cortisol, the main stress hormone, and boost antibody production to strengthen immune function.

🤝 The collective resonance

Group singing, in a choir or any communal gathering, makes these effects much stronger. Something called physiological synchrony kicks in, and the heart rates and breathing patterns of the singers start to fall into step.

* Oxytocin spikes during group singing, building trust and lowering social anxiety.
* Matching voices creates a strong sense of shared identity and belonging.
* Participants often describe a natural high that outlasts the song itself.

🧠 A workout for the mind

Singing also works the body and the brain in ways most people overlook. It takes tight coordination between the lungs, the vocal cords, and several brain regions that handle memory and motor control. That kind of mental exercise pays off as people get older. Regular singing has been tied to sharper concentration, stronger memory, and a lower risk of depression. Cheap, accessible, and surprisingly thorough, singing works as a real tool for staying well over a lifetime.
