Run your own damn race. 🏃‍♀️

When I lined up at the start of yesterday’s trail race, I honestly thought I might be last. But here’s the thing… nobody standing at that start line knew what I was showing up with, what I’d been through, or what it took for me to even be there. And I didn’t know their stories either.

The same is true in entrepreneurship, healing, and life. We spend so much time comparing ourselves to other people without knowing what they’re carrying, what they’ve overcome, or what their journey has looked like.

At the end of the day, none of that matters because their race isn’t mine, and mine isn’t theirs.

So here’s my question for you: Where are you so busy comparing yourself to someone else that you’ve lost sight of your own progress?

Today I got to celebrate Grandparents Day with my granddaughter at her kindergarten. ❤️

And it was another reminder that mindset really does matter. I could have looked around at all the couples and focused on what I no longer have or what I thought my life would look like at this stage.

But why would I? I was exactly where I wanted to be, making memories with my granddaughter.

Even if my ex and his new wife had walked through the door, I would have been just fine. I’m too busy enjoying my own life to worry about his.
Divorce may have changed what my future looks like, but it doesn’t get to determine how I experience it.
You can focus on what’s missing or be grateful for what’s right in front of you. ❤️

How long are you going to keep putting your life on hold because you don’t feel ready?

Here’s the thing. You may never feel completely ready, and that’s OK. Confidence doesn’t come from sitting around waiting for the fear or uncertainty to disappear. It comes from taking action, even when you’re scared.

You don’t need to have it all figured out, but you DO need to take that first step.

So tell me, what’s ONE thing you’ve been waiting to feel ready for? 👇

It’s so HARD- this has been my go to phrase for several weeks if not months now! 😠🤦🏻‍♀️
I do realize it’s not serving me in any capacity- not to mention, whoever said it was going to be an easy life? Um no one!

I think it’s really easy to look at others and think that they have an easier path but I think we’re all just trying to get through this thing called LIFE.

Are you in a season of hard right now? Please let me know I’m not alone.
And starting today, I’m gonna ask a different question. Where can I find the JOY in the hard?

Am I ready to date again after divorce? ❤️
Maybe the better question is… WHY do I want to date? Or why am I choosing not to?

Is it fear? Loneliness? Or a genuine desire to meet someone and explore a new connection?
Also here is your reminder: A first date is JUST a first date! ☕ You’re not committing to a relationship. You’re simply getting to know another human being.
Take the pressure off yourself. You don’t have to figure out your future over one cup of coffee!
And if you’re choosing to stay single right now, that’s perfectly okay too.
Just make sure YOU are making that decision, not your fear.
Are you dating, thinking about dating, or enjoying your single season?

Boundaries aren’t always easy to set, but they’re necessary for protecting your time, energy, and peace.
I’m curious… where are you struggling with boundaries in your life right now?
Let’s talk about it! 💛

Maybe this is a sign! 😂💛

I ended up with ONE extra Divorce Recovery Roadmap workbook, and maybe it has your name on it!

If you’ve been watching, wondering, or sitting on the fence about joining us for Cohort 6, here’s your invitation.

I’m extending my $250 savings AND offering a 12-month payment option.

We kick off Monday, October 19, and you’ll be joining a small, intimate group of women who are ready to stop putting their lives on hold and start creating a life they actually LOVE.

And yes, I’ll get your workbook in the mail tomorrow! 📬

One extra workbook. One more opportunity. Could it be yours?

DM me ROADMAP and let’s talk! ❤️

PICK YOUR HARD! 💪
I don’t know who told us life was supposed to be easy, but they lied!
Divorce is hard. Staying in a marriage that isn’t working is hard. Getting healthy is hard. Staying unhealthy is hard.
Starting over is hard. Staying somewhere you don’t want to be is hard.
Today I ran in 90-degree heat. It wasn’t fun. It wasn’t easy. But I did it.
Not because I had to prove anything to anyone else, but because I wanted to remind myself what I’m capable of and I also had a lot of anger to get out.
Life is going to be hard sometimes. We might as well choose the hard that’s moving us toward something better.

We do hard s**t! 🔥

This might p**s some people off. And guess what? I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear.

I’m here because I want to see women heal, find joy, and LOVE their lives again after divorce. ❤️

What happened to you may not have been your choice, but what you do next IS.

You can keep replaying the same story, blaming your ex, and wishing things were different. Or you can start making different choices.

You say you want a different life. But what are you willing to DO differently to create it?

Because nothing changes if nothing changes. 💛
