Learning to drive can present unique challenges for individuals with ASD, but the right support can make all the difference! Join ASD Drive Ready, an informative session exploring driving with autism and the specialized program offered to UCF CARD constituents. Whether you’re already working toward your permit or just beginning to explore driving, this session is designed to help build essential skills, confidence, and independence! Monday Oct 26th at 6:30 pm Via Zoom

Driving can be difficult for those with ASD. ASD Drive Ready will give an oveview of driving with ASD, and the specialized program available to UCF CARD constituents. Whether you have a permit or are not yet there, this session can build skills and confidence!

If you were interested in Autism Awarness Decals the West Melbourne Police Department is offering FREE Decals.

💙 AUTISM AWARENESS PROGRAM 💙

The West Melbourne Police Department is proud to offer FREE Autism Decals to residents of the City of West Melbourne.

The decals alert responding officers that a person with autism may be present in a home or vehicle, helping officers better understand and respond to their needs.

🏠 Home decals can be placed near the front door.
🚗 Vehicle decals can be placed on the left side of the rear window.

Prefer not to display a decal? You can still register and request zero decals so your address can be flagged in our dispatch system.
