For over 20 years, my passion has been helping others heal through therapeutic massage and holistic wellness. Whether I'm serving our veterans as a VA Community Care Provider, supporting clients on their healing journeys, or organizing the Wellness Connected Festival to bring our community together, my mission has always remained the same: to serve with compassion, integrity, and heart.

Last Sunday felt like something my heart truly needed.

It was a sacred day at the Rinpoche Temple here in Big Bear, as Tibetan lama monks came to share their blessings and wisdom with our community. Watching people from all walks of life come together—to pray, to heal, and to hold space for peace—was deeply moving.

Lately, life has felt heavy… so much uncertainty in the world. But sitting in ceremony, listening to the mantras, I felt something shift within me. Like a weight I didn’t realize I was carrying began to soften and release.

I know I’ve been quiet on here. Truth is, I’ve been healing—processing things in my own time, in my own way. Not everything needs to be shared in real time, and I’m learning to honor that. But I can feel a shift now… like spring, like a gentle new beginning.

During the ceremony, I sang with my sisters, and something opened in me. My heart, my voice—it felt free. I used to doubt myself, but I’ve come to understand these songs are prayers. It’s not about perfection—it’s about intention. When we sing, we are praying.

Looking around, I felt so much love. Community. Compassion. Connection. A reminder that we are not alone—we are all one.

It’s an honor to be a bridge in this community and to share in these sacred moments. My heart is full of gratitude.

Healing isn’t linear, but it always leads us back to love.
