Life is Hard! Choose your hard. My Choice. Pirate Life.
Sending gratitude for all the help getting accepted into Western Colorado University. I am thankful to VA for helping me pay for it after thinking I was done with this life after my spinal fusion.
It would be nice to be the most credentialed trainer in the Valley. Have Flow Health as a business that competes with the bars in the area as a non-alcohol centric, high level flow activities club. I would like to top it off by finishing with experience and education to publish scientific truths to why exercise, diet and stress-recycling is the new revolution in medicine.
Doing it for the glory!
Only in this country would I think I could get away with my favorite pirate life.
I am making some really good friends into family right now.
I feel supported. By the universe and my family.
I hope you can see me living authentically and join me as well.
So close to getting my dream bike and then jumping to get my B license. My true goal with skydiving was jumping out of hot air balloons, helicopters, and planes. Jump the Egyptian pyramids.
So far I have crushed goals. That back one was more difficult that anything else I have experienced but the one thing that I knew that would give me a chance is the gym. Let me be that kind of good example.

What a year it seem as I look back on what happened the last weekend of January this year 2023.
It seems like that would have stopped me but so much more than just healing has happened after that. 4 months post op I have the most epic Huck Finn/Tom Sawyer type of 13 day Delores river trip with just two other peopl. 6 Months post op, do a mud race. See military family at Dead Shows. Sold everything but kept my boat luckily. Was able to continue working out.
At the same time I was preparing for a future.
Now I have this great path unfolding before me so if you see me doing my thing it has to do with this.
I am currently back in school! Sliding through some chemistry courses to get into the Masters of Exercise Science at Western in Gunnison, Colorado. I get to work on my lil healing/wellness/performance geek out i have created on an even greater intellectual level. Flow Health is what I ultimately want to get out to society as a "non-alcohol centric, high level flow activities club". The prototype deserves to be in Crested Butte with all these wonderful athletes I get to learn from and harness. I give gratitude to all those who have helped me get here and stay on the path. I have some incredible relationships that are easy to maintain as I have a path of growth and goals. That means a lot of isolation. I hope I can only give back all the love proper. I am all in love with the person I am becoming and will be willing to sacrifice to finish with personal distinction as the first born son of the last of my lineage. I plan on stamping my medical lineage on top of this as the medical entrepreneur in my family. May be blood, may be picked. I will still be doing what I am doing no matter what. This now is my favorite place to be. Trying to make and effect positive change for health and wellness for people. Thank you all again and I hope ya'll go into the new year understanding how your choices can have you healing for a year or adding an even greater year to your life. As I look to my future, here is to all the goals I plan to sleigh and the change I am looking forward to becoming. If I can give you the only thing that really gives Flow Health it's character is how it is all exercise centric. Lets get that as a trend in 2024.
