The uniform may come off.
But what you’ve experienced doesn’t just disappear.

If you’ve been carrying memories, hyper-vigilance, anger, numbness, or things you don’t talk about: you’re not weak. You’re human.

A lot of service members were trained to push through. But healing isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about having a place where you don’t have to be “on.”

God often works through safe spaces, wise counsel, and courageous conversations.
