Classes in meditation and modern Buddhism in Naples, from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition. No prior experience needed. Everyone welcome!

We offer weekly drop-in classes in meditation and modern Buddhism:
Wednesday Evenings, 7:00 to 8:15 PM
with meditation teacher and Buddhist monk, Kelsang Tashi

Meditation is a great way to overcome stress, promote health and well-being, and maintain a positive and relaxed attitude to life. Through follo

wing practical instructions, everyone can learn to meditate. Our classes include guided meditations, practical advice, and positive thinking techniques for developing happiness and inner peace. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated on our website.
