Bonjour friends of Inner Element! It has been a minute since any update, 4-5 months since moving to France I believe.

I have missed Virginia Beach and all my amazing clients, but I am settling into my life here. Everyone has been very kind and welcoming. I am still in the north of France with a move anticipated towards the end of the year to a permanent house that will have a treatment room on site to practice out of. Inner Element probably won’t officially launch in France until early next year.

I will hold off on sharing more specific details of exactly where I will be until the move, but I will have some fun things to share before then.

Talk to you soon…

1 week away from the big move to France. What a journey. The initial excitement has long worn off and it’s been 2 months of stress and frustration. So many unforeseen problems and obstacles, and lots of opportunities to deeply question if this was the right decision. BUT there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Bonjour Inner Element friends!

Inner Element is in the process of moving to France. The office in Virginia Beach has closed. Thank you VB for the support and the memories.

It has been a minute since I've posted regularly on here. Life. But during this transition I'm hoping to post regularly to bring all of you on this journey with me.

In case I haven't seen or talked to you, and you aren't getting client emails, let me explain what's going on. I have no idea really. Well, not true, but it is complicated.

The short and overly simple version is that I'll be flying to France in March, staying in northern France for for maybe 3-6 months then moving someplace in southern France with 2 close friends where I will reopen my personal practice and we are hoping to offer retreats/workshops.

So, stay tuned, and let's go to France!

How old is too old to get a massage?
It’s not 103!
I have a client I see every few weeks that old. 😀

You have asked for it, and it is finally here! There is a 60 min or 90 min option, the rest of the benefits are the same. Includes the massage at a $10 discount and $15 OFF for any additional sessions for the rest of the month! WOW 🤑
