A patient who underwent femur implant removal was experiencing severe knee joint stiffness and extreme muscle tightness. He was unable to properly flex or extend his knee due to this stiffness. After a few physiotherapy sessions, his knee joint mobility improved significantly, the muscles relaxed, and he regained good muscle strength. B = Balance: Sudden loss of balance, dizziness, trouble walking, or lack of coordination.
• E = Eyes: Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes (blurred vision, double vision, or vision loss).
• F = Face: Drooping on one side of the face or numbness. Ask the person to smile—does one side droop?
• A = Arm (or leg): Sudden weakness or numbness in the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body. Ask the person to raise both arms—does one drift downward?
• S = Speech: Slurred speech, trouble speaking, or difficulty understanding others. Ask the person to repeat a simple sentence (e.g., “The sky is blue”)—is it slurred or strange?

रुग्णाला मेडियल मेनिस्कस रूट रिपेअर (medial meniscus root repair) सोबत हाय टिबियल ऑस्टियोटॉमी (high tibial osteotomy) शस्त्रक्रिया झाली होती आणि त्याचे वजन १०५ किलो होते. शस्त्रक्रियेनंतर पहिल्या दिवशी संपूर्ण पायात सूज (swelling to the whole limb), टेंडो अकिलीस (tendo achilles मध्ये आकसण (tightness), आणि गुडघ्याच्या सांध्यात कडकपणा (knee joint stiffness) दिसून आला. रुग्णाने वेट-बेअरिंग न करण्यापासून (no weight bearing) सुरुवात करून स्वतंत्रपणे चालण्यापर्यंत (independent walk) प्रवास केला. सक्रिय व्यायाम (active exercises) केल्यामुळे रिकव्हरी खूप वेगाने झाली.
