For years, I thought I needed more discipline. More workouts. More willpower. More pushing.
What I didn’t understand was that chronic stress was changing the way my body responded to everything. The harder I pushed, the worse I felt.
When I started learning about the nervous system and understanding how the body adapts to stress, everything began to make sense. I started developing methods that trained my body and nervous system together instead of working against each other.
That’s when the real shift happened. My workouts started working. My body started adapting. Building muscle, having energy, and feeling good in my body no longer felt like an uphill battle.
Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more capable in my 50s than I did in my 20s and 30s.
