Why do the highest performers on earth settle for the participation trophy in their marriage?

You’d never accept “good enough” from your company.

You wouldn’t tolerate it from your team.

You certainly didn’t get where you are by lowering the standard when things got hard.

And yet, somewhere along the way, “we’re not getting divorced” became the benchmark for success in marriage.

That’s not success. That’s maintenance.

And that’s what I’m discussing this Saturday with, Alex West, Alex West a guy who knows a lot about performing at the most elite level.

And Natty Frasca, host of The Feminine Rebellion podcast Natty Frasca I The Feminine Rebellion and someone with real lived experience of trading “We’re fine.”🤷🏻‍♀️ for 🔥

Your relationship deserves the same intentionality, courage, and commitment you bring to everything else you’ve built.

Because the goal isn’t simply to stay together.

The goal is to build something worth staying for.

That’s what we’re talking about in my upcoming FREE masterclass for ambitious entrepreneurs and partners.

Avengers, assemble. 🫡🔥
This is one hell of a team.

A pleasure coach
A certified s💋 therapist
A former Navy SEAL turned somatic expert

And we’re coming together to talk about something that is wildly under-discussed in the business world:

What happens to your relationships when you’re busy building an empire?

Because you can have the company.
The exit.
The accolades.
The money.
The influence.

But what happens when the person you built it all with starts feeling like they got the leftovers?

Your most important relationships don’t automatically survive your ambition.

They need attention.
They need intention.
And sometimes, they need a completely different way of thinking about connection, desire, and success.

That’s what we’re talking about in The Hidden Cost of Success.

How high performers can protect connection without sacrificing ambition.

If you’re building something extraordinary—and you want to make sure you don’t lose something extraordinary in the process:

Let’s talk about the part of success nobody put in the business plan.

According to Warren Buffett, the most important money decision might not be your next investment. It might be who you build your life with.

One of the biggest entrepreneurs alive said the decision that shapes wealth the most is choosing the right partner.

And that’s why I’m doing a FREE masterclass 29 Aug at 12pm Eastern. Comment MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you a link to rsvp!

Because the quality of your relationships doesn’t just affect your peace - it affects your focus, your decisions, your resilience, and the size of what you can build.

Relationships aren’t fluff. They’re important from a strategic perspective too.

Maybe that’s the real foundation.

Healing isn’t always a breakthrough or a bold transformation.

Sometimes, it’s subtle. Gentle. Easy to miss if you’re only looking for the dramatic.

- It’s answering a text when you actually have the energy—not out of guilt.
- It’s saying “let me think about it” instead of rushing to please.
- It’s choosing clothes that feel good on your body, not just ones that impress others.
- It’s laughing—really laughing—during a hard week.
- It’s waking up and realizing... you’re not dreading the day.

This is healing, too.

The kind that grows quietly in the background.
The kind that lets you live more than you perform.

You don’t need a milestone to know you’re moving forward.

Sometimes, it’s in the smallest shifts that everything begins to change.

Burnout is not simply fatigue.

It can feel like a total disconnection from your body, your needs, and your desire.

When you're in survival mode, your longing doesn’t vanish—it goes quiet.

Because the body cannot crave what it doesn’t feel safe to receive.

Desire does not bloom under pressure. It needs spaciousness. Play. Presence.
Not a performance. Not a checklist.

So before you reach for intimacy, reach for your nervous system.

Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s the gateway.
It can feel like a total disconnection from your body, your needs, and your desires.

You are not broken. You are tired.

And intimacy should feel like something we come home to, not something we hunt.

You don’t need a rock-bottom moment to deserve support.

You can seek therapy when things feel “okay”—but you want more.

More clarity. More tools. More connection.

Healing is for now, not just for emergencies.

Not every part of your healing journey needs to be witnessed to be real. Growth isn’t measured by how many people see it—it’s felt in the quiet choices you make when no one’s watching.

Your process is sacred and completely yours.

And you have full permission to protect it, to keep it close, to share it only with those who’ve earned your trust.

Let your healing be slow, deep, and yours first. You don’t need to prove your progress to be proud of it.
