We work with people to navigate the complicated care systems, advocate, and act as liaisons between people and service providers. We help people obtain or maintain: independent living, housing, transportation, staff, supportive home care, community connections, employment, volunteer opportunities, guardianship information, snow removal, lawn care, and much more.
