Pouring from an empty cup? Not on our watch. ☕️💜

Caring for ourselves is just as important as looking out for each other. This post reminds us that our bodies need different types of comfort at different times.

Just like we listen to our bodies when something feels off—like unexpected changes or symptoms—we also have to listen when our bodies need peace.

Take a look at the guide:
🌿 Peppermint for a refreshing reset.
🌸 Hibiscus for light relief and a moment to breathe.
⚫ Black Tea to stay alert and happy.

Self-care isn't selfish; it's a vital tool for survival.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we turn our spotlight to a remarkable group within our community: survivors of both breast and endometrial cancer.

We understand that for many, the journey with cancer does not follow a single path. Research increasingly shows connections and shared risk factors between these two types of cancer, making comprehensive care and continued research absolutely vital. We honor the resilience of these dual survivors.

Endometrial cancer is the most common type of uterine cancer—accounting for more than 90% of all diagnosed uterine cancer cases.

While finding common ground in life is usually a positive, this is one "common" statistic we desperately need to change through awareness, early detection, and better research.

If you or a loved one are experiencing unusual symptoms—like postmenopausal bleeding, abnormal spotting, or unusual pelvic pain—don't brush it off. Early conversations with your doctor make all the difference.

Let's use our common voice to drive uncommon progress. 💜
