Today we had the opportunity to visit with Care Providers Oklahoma Workforce Director, Tanecia Davis, about one of the most important things we do - investing in our people. ❤️
We talked about workforce challenges, training gaps, hard-to-fill roles, retention, education opportunities, and how we can better support our staff this year.
