I'm officially a Certified Aircraft Mechanic! It took over a year, but I made it through and I'm beyond grateful. Now I'm easing back into creating yoga and meditation content that's slow, intentional, and aligned. Thanks for your patience while I stepped away to focus on myself. It meant everything. For now, I'm going to relax, write music with my love, play drums, tend to my garden, and get my body in shape. If there's anything specific you'd like to see, I'm all ears 😍
