Grateful to be honoring the changing of the seasons with my dear friends and fellow herbalists Katie and Carol. Join us for the season of balance, where the light and dark share equal parts of the 24 hour cycle. Let us nourish and tend this balance in community with food, herbs, movement and sound. We would love to share some of our practices with you. Join us in inspiration as the leaves set the sky aflame with color and our gathering sets our hearts aflame with gratitude.

Do you feel something calling from within? Pressing against your bones, traveling in your blood, being carried on your breath? Something small and faint asking to be fed, to be nourished, nurtured, given space to wake and stretch? Something recently sensed or maybe it’s been knocking on your door for days, months or even years? And yet it’s persistent hush of a whisper summons you still? Perhaps it’s time to allow it to rise from the depths… perhaps it’s time to give it space to breathe. Space to birth. When women unite there is nothing we can’t create. Let’s join together in community, allowing these visions the space and time to take shape, to feel into their unique blueprint, holding our own and each others’ hopes, dreams, wishes, secret longings and intentions. Holding them and allowing the energetic field of one to magnify with the intent of the collective, sending the visions outward into the field of manifestation. Hey everybody - I'm finally, after literal years of contemplation, taking my teaching into the online realm. I've built a short 4-question (multiple choice) form seeking feedback about a starter class/workshop. Lately it feels like so many of us are shedding. Layers of things that maybe aren’t even ours to carry. All the layers of self are partaking in this purge. All the ways we clutter, confuse and congest our lives. Through our internal and external attachments; our physical belongings, our relationships, jobs, thoughts and beliefs. It feels like nearly everything is up for review. Do I need this anymore? Does it spark joy… does its value justify the space it takes up in my life? Sometimes the answers don’t come easy. And sometimes an answer that’s been welling up inside bursts through the surface and the time to release something becomes undeniable. Today, the simple act of cutting my hair - yes - I did it myself - helped me renew and reclaim other intentions I’ve set and answer other questions I’ve been pondering. Some recently and some long ago. Sometimes the simplest shift can help catalyze bigger changes. Pray for me y’all. Pray that my miracle is forming in the ethers. And that it materializes soon. Because I’m overdue for a come-up.
