This gentle postpartum massage is designed for mom and baby to stay together — no separation, no rushing, just a soft space to exhale, reconnect with your body, and receive.

Offered Monday–Friday at 9:00am with Kristin, when our studio is quiet and held just for you, your baby, and your therapist. Just call to schedule 💫
