Here's the latest blog post, https://www.juliafrehner.com/blog/on-trust-vulnerability-and-the-art-of-butts-and-bum-hiking #/ You may find a bit of laughter and a bit of inspiration.

And....there's still time to jump in on Wheel of the Year Portal Painting. Reach out, we meet via Zoom tomorrow, Sunday.

Hanging out with my grandkids has enlightened me on so many levels. Beyond the sweet lessons and pure joy, I’ve also discovered, among three-and-a-half year olds (never leave out the half) to about...

Would love your thoughts...

It is my understanding that Jung believed archetypes are infinite vast containers of energetic patterns, symbols, and ideas. Plato, likewise, taught that these patterns are imprinted upon the soul...

Next Portal Painting journey is coming up.

Not long ago, I received a call, a message really, not the kind that comes through a cell phone, but one that comes softly, like a whisper, through to the heart. It came beyond the veil from my...

Because it's time to change it up and because there's still confusion around it...Sacred Commerce

Did you know I have a new website? Thankful to my friend Jill who not only took on most of the creation but also took on 'holding my hand' and holding me accountable to getting it up and alive. Mabon Portal Painting

Typically I don't post these invites here but it's time to open the circle up.

Arting is, among many things, a spiritual pathway for me. It's an opening, expanding, deepening, remembering of my higher self. It draws me closer to the Divine. It offers moments of connection, clarity, self honoring and self expression.

It's like my soul taking in a deep breath, creating space - Soul Space - to breathe more mindfully, calmly.

In a world where there are ongoing distubances upon our nervous system, distortions of current events, distractions that knock us off center....arting offers a return home to self, our true self. Do you remember her?

We will gather hybrid this Saturday 1:00pm live at the cabin and via Zoom. If you'd like to join or have questions, please contact me. I'll share suggested supplies, journal prompts to begin your dive into the process, and answer any questions you may have.

In all of the practices and modalities I utilize and co create with, a gratitude journal is the first one I always recommend to a client. An intentional gratitude practice will elevate frequencies and alchemize emotions.
