Kore Cares is a locally owned home care business staffed by compassionate caregivers trained to assist with activities of daily living. According to the State of South Dakota, the elderly population in Sioux Falls is projected to grow by 235 percent by 2035. The dream for the majority of these baby boomers is to age peacefully in their own home. Kore Cares recognizes the dream of baby boomers, as well as others with physical and mental impairments, to remain independent in their home. Through the services offered by Kore Cares, those in need will be able to remain in the comfort of their own home, even when activities of daily living are a challenge. Kore Cares’ caregivers assist those in need with activities such as:
* Housekeeping
* Laundry
* Meal Preparation
* Transportation
* Personal Cares
* Companionship

Each client of Kore Cares receives services that are tailored to meet needs and preferences, taking into consideration each client's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Customers can expect exceptional customer service and quality from all employees. Kore Cares is committed to focusing on what really matters, building meaningful relationships with clients and employees. Kore Cares is owned by two individuals with more than 16 years of experience in health care and service industries. Kore Cares believes that those wishing to receive in home service should be able to obtain these services from a reputable company that strives to provide quality services by people who are passionate about their jobs. 💙 A dementia diagnosis can leave families wondering: What happens next?



Managing medications. Worrying about safety. Finding resources. Trying to balance caregiving with appointments, work and everyday life. The dementia care journey can quickly become overwhelming.

That’s exactly what the Medicare GUIDE Program is designed to help with.



GUIDE provides eligible individuals living with dementia and their caregivers with additional support, including care coordination, caregiver education, help accessing resources and respite care.



Kore Cares is proud to be a GUIDE Partner. Our trained team can help with the assessment process to see if you or your loved one may qualify for GUIDE, and we can provide in-home respite care for eligible participants.



Respite care means a trusted caregiver can stay with your loved one while you:
• Go to your own appointments
• Run errands
• Attend an event
• Spend time with family
• Or simply take a much-needed break
