Inland Valley Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services (IVRS) is a not-for-profit corporation that has been providing affordable substance abuse recovery and counseling services since 1962. First incorporated as Counseling Associates, the agency has grown in size and stature. IVRS has grown into a continuum of care network offering an array of substance abuse services including detoxification, residenti

al and outpatient treatment, aftercare, education, individual and group counseling, along with primary & secondary prevention services. In addition, we operate licensed, court-approved domestic violence batterer’s treatment alternatives. IVRS is headquartered in the City of Upland, in the County San Bernardino (Southern California). Each year, IVRS serves approximately 5,000 individuals through a variety of substance abuse recovery, treatment and prevention services. IVRS is staffed by a qualified, caring multi-disciplinary team of administrators, counselors, therapists and support staff, including bilingual English/Spanish, who meet the California Department of Health Care Services licensing & certification requirements.

☀️ Inland Valley Recovery Services is out here kicking off summer at our Community Resource Event! We’re here from 11:30am–3:00pm with lots of giveaways, food bags, hygiene bags, clothing giveaways, drinks, food, games, and snow cones for the kids! We also have the San Bernardino Public Defender’s Office onsite assisting with expungements.

A huge shout out to all the amazing vendors who came out, shared resources with our community, and helped make this event such a fantastic success. Thank you to everyone who showed up and supported! 💚💚

It’s always a privilege for Inland Valley Recovery Services to come out into the community and share our resources. Today we had the opportunity to be at Upland Junior High School alongside many amazing community partners for their Mental Health Awareness Event 💚

We were proud to share information about our Adolescent Outpatient Program and connect with students, families, and the community about the importance of mental health, support, and recovery. We also had an amazing speaker from the Upland Police Department who shared powerful words and encouragement with the students and community. 👏

Thank you to Upland Unified School District Support Services for having us out today! Together we continue breaking the stigma and reminding our youth they are never alone. ✨
