It is still with the most heavy heart that I tell you all of my dear followers that Snickerdoodle left this world on Valentine's Day
I am so sorry that it took me this long to post on this page
Of course all of our clients knew soon after, but for some reason it has been difficult for me to actually make this posting on our business page
"Our" page as in me and the beloved Snickerdoodle ♥️
Equispirit was something that we partnered in
It started as a dream to help people heal with horses
A lot of hard work getting certified by Touched by a Horse program
Snickerdoodle was a $500 rescue horse that not only rescued me, but many others who came to us for healing
We worked together on an energetic level that could not be seen only felt
He always had a choice in how he showed up for the work or if he showed up at all...everything was done at free liberty and every single client experience was different
He loved it. He loved connecting with people and being honored for who he was
He was the first introduction to horses that a lot of people ever had as multiple people that we worked with had never even touched a horse before they met him
He was a senior and started going downhill physically. He had multiple vet appointments and bloodwork and xrays for what started as lameness and went neurological
He fell in his pasture and couldn't get back up on Valentine's Day
He was surrounded by love in his last moments
I still feel him around me
I miss him more than I can explain in words
There will never be another horse to replace him but slowly I am coming back to being around horses again
He would want me to continue on
Healing with horses is my soul work
I was blessed to be his guardian and now he is mine in the spirit realm
I have no doubt that when the day comes to sit in a pasture with someone who's heart is hurting he will be there too
My heart hurts by his absence but I am not ready to give up
The horses who are called to do this work will show up in my life I just have to stay open
I am so so sorry to take so long to post this
Please share any stories you would like to share about him
We can honor him that way
