Magical Prescriptions from the Heretical Horologion

14th Day of the Moon (Full): For seeing the spirits and for subjugating them. This day is good for anything you may attempt. You may marry, socialize, emigrate, lend or borrow. Children born on this day will be strong, glorious, prudent, lovely and affectionate. The lost objects will not be found. Note: When the Full Moon falls on a Wednesday, it is considered the best time to consult the spirits.
Moon in Aquarius: It is favorable for laying foundations and building high edifices, continuing construction on architecture or masonry, purchasing land or property and guarding it, setting agricultural irrigation and infrastructure, hiring employees with long-term contracts, appearing before officials and institutions, community celebrations and public gatherings, and working magic. Take caution beginning journeys as the Moon ingresses into Aquarius, it is not favorable to travel on the first day, but the second will be profitable and advantageous. It is not a good time to tailor or wear new clothes yet. You may travel after the first day, but emigrating or relocating to a foreign land will not produce a good outcome.

Summary: This Full Moon reveals a powerful progression for our community: what has been hidden is coming into the light, inviting us to return to self-knowledge and act with integrity. The coming lunar cycle favors the application of discipline and the work of your own hands. It also encourages attentive, active listening and will call us to use discernment to distinguish genuine inspiration from illusions. Rather than forcing outcomes, we are called to be careful guardians of what is emerging, bringing nurturing to new possibilities with patience and wisdom. Beneath it all lies the hidden pattern of True Love - Agape - reminding us that communities are not renewed or sustained by knowledge and power alone, but through how faithfully and wholly care for one another.

Hello all, I am searching for 1 to 2 roommates starting May 1st for an amazing apartment in Uptown, Chicago. The apartment is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath with in-unit washer and dryer. It's close to major CTA routes, many markets and stores, and it is within reasonable walking distance to the lakefront.
With 2 people, rent would be $1,250/mo. or $833/mo. for 3 people. I have an in with the landlord, who will to rent to me if I can find some good roomates that are reliable and responsible. Unfortunately, my former roommates didn't fit the landlord's requirements. I need to find replacements ASAP. With the size, location, and price of this apartment, it's a once-in-a-lifetime apartment. I really want to keep this space!
I am an artist, entertainer, and event coordinator working for a theater downtown in the Loop, working mostly afternoon-evening late in the week and weekends. I have a gorgeous, fluffy black cat who likes to mostly be left alone- she does well with the large amount of space in the apartment. I love to cook, have people over, play games, watch movies with friends, and get outside as much as possible when I'm not working. Ideally, I am looking 1 or more fellow artistic qu**rs with communal-minded living skills, including good communication and healthy boundaries. No other dogs or cats allowed, but other pets might be ok.
If you are interested in helping me keep this apartment and think we would vibe well as roommates, please DM me for more details and to see pictures of the space.

To celebrate the planet Mercury leaving Retrograde and stationing Direct in the Sign of Ta**us on this his very own Feast Day of Mercuralia during the Ides of May, I gathered with the Chicago Faeries at the WanderHaus and facilitated a relaxed and lovely ritual. We co-created sacred space together by sharing our intentions and wishes, then we hymned to the Gods of Liminal Spaces and made offerings and poured libation in the Name of Hermes Mercurius. Next, we purified ourselves in waters encharmed with herbs and fruits sacred to Hermes. Finally, we consulted the voices of the Gods as we feasted together joyfully- of which all oracles bore fantastic and reaffirming omens for us!

It's an absolute pleasure to occupy sacred space with other magical seekers based on co-operation, play, and freedom. May the Roads and Doors be Open to our access the abundant benefits and treasures of wisdom that await us as the planet Jupiter enters into Ta**us! Blessed Be ✨
