This wonderful event brings together students with developmental disabilities, their families, and community organizations to explore opportunities and resources for life during high school and beyond!

From adult day services and employment to transportation, advocacy, and supported living, it’s all about creating connections, empowering individuals, and opening doors to new possibilities.

We are proud to stand alongside community partners to help individuals and families navigate their next chapter.
