Ten years ago I started my first job as a personal trainer. No grand vision — just a love for training and a genuine want to help people move better, feel better, and become stronger versions of themselves.

That passion became Stoik.

Four years into building it, one thing is clear: I may have started Stoik, but this was never meant to be about me. It’s a team, a mindset, a community, and a shared passion for growth - helping people build stronger bodies, stronger minds, and habits that last.
