Some days I eat cookies for breakfast. Other days I make delicious, healthy food. It’s called balance, people! 😂💁‍♀️

Yesterday started with a trip to the dentist. 🦷😁

Then I came home and apparently decided to chop every vegetable in the house. 😂🔪🌈

The result? A GIANT bowl of four-bean salad and a batch of fresh pineapple salsa. And let me tell you… BOTH ARE DIVINE!!! 🤤😍

Seriously, SO GOOD! And judging by the amount I made, we’ll be eating it until approximately Thanksgiving. 🤣

Sometimes it’s cookies. Sometimes it’s cucumbers. And sometimes it’s just whatever sounds good that day!

Anybody else operate like this? 😂❤️

A little sunshine, a little shopping, a little sparkle, and a whole lot of JOY! 🍁✨💕

I spent the weekend in the Ozarks visiting a dear friend, and let me tell you, we made the MOST of it! From boutique crawling and adorable fall finds to delicious food, cocktails, and some seriously gorgeous lake views, my heart is FULL. 😍

And somewhere between all the shopping, laughing, exploring, and relaxing on the patio, I was reminded how wonderful it feels to simply enjoy being present.

No agenda. No expectations. Just good company, beautiful surroundings, and making room for the things that bring me joy.

Feeling refreshed, grateful, and ready to bring a little of that energy home with me! 🥰
