Surrounded by wildflowers, towering pines, birdsong, and the rolling Iowa countryside, we’ll settle in as the sun pours through the stained-glass windows that casts warm amber light across the space while the cool evening breeze moves through.

I’ve been thinking about my light, how much it has been dimmed to make others comfortable, how much I have dimmed it with negative self talk, or the words and actions that have pierced it, or taken from it. With the last full moon I was shown how to bring back the pieces of me-through visualization, but also action. That action is the act of rebellion against the stories I have told myself about how hard it is to create art, or how my work isn’t good enough when I compare it to others-I am taking back pieces of myself that I shoved away, and I’m blasting through the layer of silt and ash. I am here to play, to have fun, to be whimsy and magical.

The Weeping Woman

In the Garden of the Gods
she waits
a face carved not by hands,
but by wind,
by time,
by rain.

The mountain does not hide her sorrow.
When the clouds gather,
she weeps,
and the earth remembers
that even stone
can carry grief.

I stood before her,
silent,
and felt something ancient
stir within me.

For I have known women like mountains
vast in their strength,
steady in their presence,
holding worlds upon their shoulders
while burying rivers
beneath unyielding stone.

There is a power within women
that is too often restrained,
quieted,
taught to wait,
taught to endure,
while their souls ache
to rise like thunder.

Our tears are never just tears.

They are oceans carrying generations,
the longing to be fully alive,
the dreams surrendered,
the pieces of ourselves
left behind for those we love.

They are salt and sacrament.

They cleanse.
They soften.
They carve canyons through impossible places,
shaping mountains,
reshaping hearts,
teaching us a love
so fierce
it survives every storm.

So to every woman
who has crossed my path
those beside me,
those before me,
those still finding their voice

I see you.

I hear you.

I honor the rivers you have carried.

And I will love you,

There is something about the heart of summer that gently reminds us who we are beneath the noise.

The warmth. The longer days. The invitation to slow down long enough to hear the quiet wisdom that has been waiting within.

Summer Resonance is an opportunity to return to yourself through the healing combination of conscious breath, guided meditation, and immersive sound. Together we'll create space to soften the nervous system, release what has become heavy, and reconnect with the calm, clarity, and aliveness that naturally live within you.

As the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and sacred instruments wash over you, allow your body to settle, your mind to quiet, and your heart to open. There is nothing to fix, nothing to force, this is only an invitation to receive.

You may leave feeling lighter.
More grounded.
More connected to your inner wisdom.
More present for the season you're living in.

Sometimes the greatest transformation doesn't come from doing more; it comes from remembering how to simply be.
