🏃 Kaizen Run Club is Here! 🏃‍♀️

You’re invited to join Kaizen Run Club every Wednesday this summer at 6:00 PM!

Whether you’re walking, running, biking, pushing a stroller, or anything in between, we’d love to have you. All paces, ages, and fitness levels are welcome, so bring your friends and family!

You don’t have to be a Kaizen patient to join—just come ready to move, connect with others, and have a good time. YOU choose the distance - Grace and Lea will be running anywhere from 2-3 miles each time!

Our second Run Club is THIS Wednesday, July 29. We can’t wait to see you there!
