I’ve been working with birthing families for 10 years, and it’s been an incredible gift. Birth is a great teacher, and I’ve learned oh so much!

Sharing some thoughts I had bopping around in my head about transition. Whatever you want to call it, know that there will be a point in your birth (no matter how your baby is born), that will push you to (and through) every limit you ever imagined for yourself. Know that, and do what you need to do to meet it with full trust in yourself.
