I'll post updates here including when my prenatal yoga workshop will be running, birth updates from my students, mommy and me classes, and more! I teach at Red Lotus Yoga in Rochester Hills and The Yoga Studio Downtown in Utica. I teach a variety of yoga classes and am also available for private and semi-private classes.
