Oneida Center Our mission is to provide the Oneida Center community with the finest rehabilitation and skilled nursing services anywhere.

Excellence is our goal and good outcomes in recovery and rehabilitation are our daily measures of progress. The history of Oneida Center as a part of the Centers Health Care family has just begun. But our history as a vital part of the New York State health care is well known. The addition of Oneida Center brings another opportunity to create good outcomes for our residents, both long term and sho

rt term, and adds an important level of convenience for the people of central New York, who can now access Centers Health Care quality and service in Utica, Cooperstown and Syracuse, as well as in locations both east and west of here. But more important, the outstanding staff and wonderful group of residents that have joined us in Oneida Center add immeasurably to the fabric of the Centers Health Care family. An attractive and well-maintained facility, and boasting a host of special amenities, Oneida Center brings their unique brand of compassionate care and long history of resident and family satisfaction to us along with a strong desire to do even more. And Centers Health Care is adding to that by bringing the very latest in training and on-going staff education and a commitment to our residents that goes far beyond a few weeks, months or years as a resident. From the day you arrive, you’ll be a part of a lifestyle that will make this chapter of your life something truly special. This next chapter in our history is just under way. As we celebrate CNA Week, I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants.

Our CNAs are the heart of our facility. They are often the first to greet our residents in the morning and the last to assist them at night. Their compassion, patience, dedication, and hard work make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families every single day.

The care you provide goes far beyond meeting physical needs—you bring comfort, dignity, companionship, and kindness to those we serve. Your commitment does not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for everything you do.

On behalf of the entire leadership team, thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and the positive impact you make each day. We are proud to work alongside such an outstanding group of caregivers.
