Salutation Friends and Welcome to Mindful Monday!

This week, we’re trying something different: The Mindful Challenge.

YOUR CHALLENGE: PAUSE BEFORE YOU REACT.

So much of our day happens automatically. A message comes in, we answer. Someone annoys us, we react. We feel uncomfortable, we reach for our phone. We’re asked for something, we say yes before considering whether we actually want to.

This week, challenge yourself to create a small pause between what happens and what you do next.

Before responding, purchasing, agreeing, arguing, scrolling, or making a decision, take three slow breaths and ask:

•Does this need my attention right now?
•Am I responding or simply reacting?
•Is what I’m about to do aligned with what I actually need?

You may still send the message. You may still say yes. You may even decide that your first reaction was exactly right!

The goal isn’t to second guess yourself. It’s to make sure you are choosing your response instead of allowing habit, emotion, or pressure to choose it for you.

Your Mindful Challenge:
For the next 7 days, practice the three breath pause at least once each day.

Seven days. Seven pauses. Seven opportunities to choose with intention.

Sometimes mindfulness begins with nothing more than giving ourselves a few seconds to decide what comes next. Challenge accepted?

Hello Friends and Welcome to Spell Saturday!

Have you ever awakened knowing you had an important dream, only to feel it disappear the moment you opened your eyes?

Dreams can be a doorway into our subconscious, helping us explore emotions, fears, desires, memories, and patterns we may not notice while awake. For some spiritual practitioners, dreams can also become a meaningful part of intuitive and spiritual reflection.

Tonight, try this simple Dream Recall & Interpretation Spell.

You’ll Need:
• A small piece of Amethyst or Clear Quartz
• A journal and pen
• A glass or bowl of water
• A quiet moment before bed

The Working:
Place the crystal and water beside your bed. Hold your hands over them and take three slow breaths. Set your intention to remember what your dreams have to show you.

Then say:
“Through veil of night and slumber deep,
Let memory hold what dreams may keep.
By morning light, let symbols stay,
That I may learn what they convey.
With open mind, I seek to see,
The wisdom dreaming brings to me.
So mote it be.”

When You Wake:
Before reaching for your phone or getting out of bed, remain still for a moment. Ask yourself: Where was I? Who was there? What was I feeling?

Write down anything you remember: a color, person, object, emotion, or single word.

Then Interpret:
Instead of immediately searching for a universal meaning, ask what each symbol means to you. A snake may represent transformation to one person and fear to another. Water might symbolize cleansing, emotion, uncertainty, or peace depending on your personal associations.

Over time, look for repeating people, places, symbols, emotions, and themes. Your dream journal may begin revealing a language uniquely your own.

Witch’s Tip: Dream recall is a practice. The more consistently you record your dreams, the easier remembering them can become.

May your dreams be remembered, your symbols speak clearly, and your mornings bring a little more understanding. Blessed be!

Hello Friends and welcome to another edition of Fortune Friday! Today, we are using The Sacred Forest Oracle by Denise Linn. After consulting the universe for guidance, we randomly drew the following card:

Card: Wise Woman of the Grove
Meaning: Grace

The Wise Woman of the Grove steps forward and hands you an intricately carved wooden box.
"This is my gift to you. Guard it well." With care you open the box. Inside rests a perfect ruby. It sparkles in the light. "This is a Joy Activator," she says. "Hold it to your heart, and all around you, in all directions, all beings will relax and find joy in the moment. Joy is the great gift that you can give another. It is a gift of Grace."

When this card chooses you, you are at the advent of a remarkable time of ease, wisdom, healing, joy, and inspiration. Your ability to hear the voices of Spirit is rapidly expanding. Spirit guardians are watching over you with immense love and kindness. Being in the state of grace means being blessed by divine forces.

Grace can mean having enough inner nobility that even if you know your opinion is absolutely right, you don't push the point.

You are willing to drop it, knowing that in the great scheme of things, it's not that important. Besides, the Creator knows the truth of the situation, even if others don't. There are times to be abruptly, starkly honest, but this isn't one of them. Be diplomatic and gracious in your interactions with others. Speak with love and kindness.

The Spirit of the Wise Woman of the Grove says: You can relax and let go, your path is guided. Spiritual nobility is growing within you. The spirit of grace is softly unfolding in your life. Kindly honor the truth of others, even if you don't agree or if you know better. The Creator knows the truth.

Wishing you all a blessed and magickal Fortune Friday!

Merry Meet Friends and Welcome to Talisman Thursday!

Today we explore one of the most intricate and powerful forms of sacred geometry; The Sri Yantra.

The Sri Yantra, also called the Shri Chakra, comes from Hindu and Ta***ic spiritual traditions and is composed of nine interlocking triangles surrounding a central point known as the bindu. Together, these triangles create a complex pattern representing the relationship between the physical and spiritual worlds.

The downward-facing triangles are traditionally associated with Shakti, the Divine Feminine and creative energy.

The upward-facing triangles are associated with Shiva, representing consciousness and the Divine Masculine.

At the very center rests the bindu, the point of unity from which creation emerges and to which everything ultimately returns.

When worn, carried, displayed, or used during spiritual practice, the Sri Yantra may serve as a talisman for:

•Balance between masculine and feminine energies
•Abundance and prosperity
•Spiritual growth and self-realization
•Focus during meditation
•Harmony within ourselves and our surroundings
•Connection between the material and spiritual worlds

The Sri Yantra can also be a beautiful reminder that what appears complicated from the outside may still possess perfect balance at its center.

During meditation, try softly focusing your gaze on the center of the Sri Yantra. Allow your attention to travel inward through its layers until you reach the bindu. Then ask yourself:

“Where can I create greater balance between my spiritual life and the world I live in?”

May your center remain steady even when the patterns around you become complex. Blessed Be!

Hello Friends, and Welcome to Wicca Wednesday!

Have you ever wondered why you sometimes see witches with their hair braided?

For some practitioners, a braid can be more than a hairstyle, it can become a simple form of knot magick and intention setting.

Knot magick works through the symbolic act of tying, weaving, or binding an intention into physical form. As each knot is tied or each section of hair crosses another, the practitioner can focus on a specific purpose: protection, confidence, grounding, courage, prosperity, or spiritual connection.

Your braid essentially becomes a wearable reminder of the energy you chose to carry with you.

Try it yourself:
As you braid your hair, choose an intention. With each crossing of the strands, quietly repeat something like:

“With every weave and every bind,
Protection surrounds my heart and mind.”

You can also work in sets of three—one intention for mind, body, and spirit, or perhaps past, present, and future.

Some witches may even incorporate ribbons, charms, beads, bells, or colors that correspond with their intention.

And when you’re ready to release that energy? Slowly unbraid your hair while consciously letting the intention go, giving thanks for the work it has done.

Magick doesn’t always require an elaborate altar or complicated ritual. Sometimes, it can be woven into something as ordinary as getting ready for the day.

Your hair can be your thread. Your intention can be your spell. And your braid can become the knot that holds it all together. Blessed Be!

Merry Meet Friends and welcome to another installment of Tarot Tuesday. Today, we drew a card from The Golden Tarot by Liz Dean. After asking The Universe for guidance, we randomly selected the following card.

Card: Three of Cups
Meaning: Growth, Healing, Celebration

Love grows and a relationship moves up to a new level of commitment. A child may be born, or your creativity flourishes as new projects evolve and take form. This is a card of healing and happiness, with myriad opportunities for celebration, sharing, and the renewal of friendship. The Three also predicts healing, so you feel rejuvenated, physically and emotionally.

The Three of Cups tends to show up when the energy around you is about connection, celebration, friendship, emotional support, and shared joy. It’s one of those cards that says, “You don’t have to experience this alone.” The Three of Cups represents sacred community as the three raised cups can be viewed symbolically as separate individuals bringing their own experiences and energies together while still remaining themselves.

On today’s Tarot Tuesday, may we be reminded to find your people, share our cup, and celebrate what has grown.

Until next time, blessed be.

Merry Meet Friends and Welcome to Mindful Monday! Today, we’re giving you something you may not realize you need: A Mindful Permission Slip.

Sometimes, we wait for someone else to tell us it’s okay to rest, say no, change our minds, step away, or choose ourselves.

But the permission we’re waiting for may need to come from within.

Your permission slip for today:
•You have permission to rest without earning it.
•You have permission to say no without over-explaining.
•You have permission to change your mind.
•You have permission to protect your peace.
•You have permission to ask for help.
•You have permission to feel what you feel.
•You have permission to celebrate how far you’ve come.
•You have permission to put yourself on your own priority list.

Mindfulness isn’t always meditation or silence. Sometimes, it’s simply recognizing what you need and allowing yourself to honor it.

This week’s mindful practice:
Choose one permission you’ve been struggling to give yourself. Write it somewhere you’ll see it this week:

“I give myself permission to __________.”

When guilt, doubt, or second-guessing arrives, return to your permission slip. You don’t need anyone else’s signature. Blessed Be!

New in the Shop: Oracle Cards

We’re excited to share that we are now carrying Oracle Cards; beautiful tools for divination, intuition, reflection, and connecting more deeply with your spiritual practice.

Whether you’re looking for guidance, strengthening your intuitive gifts, or simply searching for a deck that speaks to your soul, we currently have three beautiful decks waiting to be discovered:

The Solitary Witch Oracle by Lucy Cavendish

Created for the independent magical practitioner, this deck explores the wisdom, strength, and sacred power found along the solitary witch’s path. A beautiful companion for personal readings, spiritual reflection, and deepening your connection with your own inner knowing.

The Mystique of Magdalene Oracle by Cheryl Yambrach Rose

An oracle centered around love and the sacred feminine, inspired by the mystique and spiritual symbolism of Mary Magdalene. This deck invites you into themes of devotion, compassion, healing, and heart-centered wisdom.

Moon Temple Oracle by Suzy Cherub

A celestial oracle for those who feel called to the Moon, the cosmos, and their own intuitive rhythms. Its lunar imagery and mystical energy make it a beautiful choice for moon work, divination, ritual, and exploring the cycles within and around you.

Sometimes choosing an oracle deck is less about finding the “right” one and more about noticing which one calls to you.

Come by, explore the decks, and see which one feels meant to become part of your practice.

Merry Meet Friends and welcome to another edition of Fortune Friday! Today, we are using The Gaia Oracle by Toni Carmine Salerno. After consulting the universe for guidance we randomly drew the following card:

Card: Eternal Love
Meaning: Happiness, Harmony, Fulfillment

Something is resolved soon. A new page is turned as a concern you have dissolves and gives way to a period of sunshine. A time to relax and enjoy life, free of the worry and doubt that have cast a grey shadow over your life for the past few weeks.

During the coming month or so, try to spend some time in nature. Allow yourself to reconnect with Gaia's nurturing and healing power. Immerse and surround yourself in her natural beauty for she will help you restore your balance, harmonise your energy centres and replenish your body, mind and spirit. It may be difficult for you to switch off at first, but after a few days, as your thoughts slow down, you will settle into a new and more relaxed rhythm. Make the most of this opportunity while you can.

—Affirmation—

I am physically and emotionally connected to the healing power of Mother Earth.
I surround myself with her beauty and feel a deep sense of peace.
I am free of worry.
Each day I grow stronger and more relaxed.
My life is in perfect balance.

Wishing you all a blessed and magickal Fortune Friday!
