Fairways, fresh air, and a great cause⛳💚

Earlier this month, team ‘Fairway to Heaven’ was proud to represent Howard Head Sports Medicine at the Gypsum Daze Superintendent’s Revenge Golf Tournament.

It was an incredible day of teamwork, friendly competition, and community connection- all while supporting Habitat Vail Valley and its important mission.
We’re grateful to everyone who organized, volunteered, sponsored, and participated in this wonderful event!

Opportunities like these remind us that whether we’re helping patients get back to doing what they love or giving back to our community, we’re always stronger together💪

Since 2018, Howard Head Sports Medicine has recognized a Team member with the Spirit of Excellence Award.

This peer-to-peer nominated award was created in honor and memory of Howard Head Physical Therapist, Eric Dube. Many of our Team members had the fortune of knowing Eric as a colleague, mentor and friend.
Together, we have grown and accomplished so much-striving for the excellence and amazing Team dynamic that would make Eric so proud♥️

Those who receive this special award demonstrate excellence in clinical and non-clinical settings, positivity, exceptional care, and is a role model for others here at Howard Head.

His commitment to education, innovation, and mentorship continues to make a lasting impact on our fellows, residents, and faculty.
