Beginning September 1st through the Winter Season!!!

What's NEW on Tuesdays: 8:15am Morning Yoga with Ashleigh at the Valdez Dance Studio followed by a 9:15am Sauna Sesh. Reservations for both required - Yoga is donation/pay what you can and the sauna session is normal rates/membership!

Some photos of the fam and LOOK HOW FAR WE’VE COME!!!

Mostly saying that as a reminder for myself.

I get so caught up in building, creating, working, that it is necessary for my souls sake to step back and look at all the progress that has been made. Has anyone felt similar?

And that’s what the saunas for - for taking an intentional break and tuning in to all the little things that make life so wonderful.

And if you’ve been out of the loop… I (Ashleigh) designed this sauna January - March and me and my family and a few good friends built this sauna from scratch. Crazy! Never would I have imagined this is what 2026 had in store for me.

And it’s all made possible from the wonderful sauna community that made Winter 25-26 so magical, who stoked the fire and inspired this vision.

And of course can’t forget the support of Seward Saunas, who encouraged me to make it happen and are such a good examples of spirit-led leaders and business owners.

So get your memberships, book some sessions, and let’s spread connection, calm, and happiness from within us and out into our communities!
